About Me
Owning our stories and loving ourself through that process is the bravest thing we'll ever do.
-Brene Brown
I provide therapy as a Licensed Professional Counselor Associate for adolescents, adults, and couples/families in Austin, Texas, and offer telehealth services across the state.
I believe everyone has a story worth telling. Our experiences shape patterns, emotions, and behaviors that deserve curiosity rather than criticism. In our work together—whether with teens, adults, or families—I offer acceptance, honesty, and genuineness, along with a bit of humor when it feels helpful. I strive to create a space where you can show up fully, without fear of being “too much.”
My approach is collaborative and personalized, drawing from evidence-based practices (such as EMDR and IFS) to support anxiety, emotional overwhelm, life transitions, identity exploration, and parenting stress. I provide both in-person sessions in Austin and telehealth across Texas. I currently accept Aetna, Curative, and EHN, and offer a complimentary consultation—reach out to see if we’re a good match.
